Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, enrolling in a course, or booking any coaching, styling, or makeup service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, which include the following integrated provisions:

Coaching, Beauty & Course Disclaimer

Glow Coach™ services are designed for holistic lifestyle, confidence, and personal development support.We do not offer medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Our use of tools like Human Design, Love Languages, and Ikigai are for educational and reflective purposes only.Makeup, beauty, and self-styling recommendations are based on personal expertise and professional experience, not medical dermatology, mental health counseling, or regulated therapy.Always consult licensed professionals for health, mental wellness, or legal guidance.

Intellectual Property

All materials (courses, templates, journal prompts, PDFs, slides, coaching content, images, and branding) are the intellectual property of Jasmine Mendiola / Glow Coach™ unless otherwise stated.You may not:

Payments, Access & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via ThriveCart, PayPal, or manually processed through online bank transfers. Pricing is in Philippine pesos (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Digital Courses & Products

  • All digital course and product sales are final and non-refundable

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of duplicate charges or proven technical inaccessibility

  • Lifetime access is granted unless otherwise stated at point of purchase

Coaching Services

  • Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed or same-day cancellations are forfeited and non-refundable

  • Unused sessions in bundles expire based on the stated duration of the program

Makeup & Styling Services

  • Event/bridal bookings require a non-refundable deposit and signed service agreement

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Custom beauty kit curation or product lists are non-returnable once delivered or discussed

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share or sell access to purchased content or accounts

  • Attempt to duplicate or repurpose content without authorization

  • Use the platform to spread misinformation, spam, or harmful communication

  • Circumvent platform systems, tamper with files, or breach security

We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone violating these standards.
